Panzerwrecks Limited is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10219872. Our trading address is Great Priors, Church Street, Old Heathfield, Sussex, TN21 9AJ, United Kingdom. Our UK VAT number is GB 247 2581 94.

What are pre-orders & back-orders?

Pre-orders are orders placed on the Panzerwrecks website before publication of the book. Pre-orders usually start 30 days in advance of the planned publication date, although sometimes there can be some delays. If you have pre-ordered a book and the wait is too long for you, just email us and we will refund your order. 

Back-orders are orders placed on the Panzerwrecks website for books that are in print and that have either run out of stock or are on order with our suppliers. Depending on the supplier, a back-order can take up to 2 weeks to reach us; after that, we will dispatch it to you.

Payment is taken at the time of ordering.

When do you charge my card?

Payment is taken when you click the 'place order' button at the checkout or after you have completed the PayPal Express Checkout process.

What are the delivery times and costs?

Delivery times vary depending on if a book is in stock, back or pre-ordered. If a book is in stock and shipped by mail: UK: 2 days, Europe: 3-6 days, US/Canada/Japan: 5-7, Oz: >7 days. These times are reduced if your order is shipped by courier and extended if the order is dispatched by an economy service, or the book is on back or pre-order. The Panzerwrecks website dynamically calculates the shipping cost for each order based upon total weight. 

Books are shipped as soon as possible and packed with great care using specialist packaging. 

My order has not arrived.

Most orders arrive on time, but sometimes things can be delayed or go missing. If you are concerned as to the whereabouts of your order please drop us a line using the contact form and include your order number. Please note that Royal Mail will not consider a claim for a lost item until 15 working days after the expected delivery date for UK 2nd class orders, or 20 working days after the expected delivery date for European orders and 25 working days after the expected delivery date for 'rest of world' orders.

My order is damaged or missing something

If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and get in touch. We'll do our utmost to sort it painlessly. If it is missing an item, get in touch as soon as you can. Details of our returns policy are in section 4 of the TnC's.

How secure is the shop and my data?

We protect your privacy and information by using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) server where required, which encrypts the information you enter. If you pay using your credit or debit card, your details are sent encrypted to our card processor, Stripe. Your financial details are not held on Panzerwrecks' servers. You have the option of saving your card details, and these will show in the 'My Account' drop-down menu to speed up subsequent purchases. These saved card details are held on Stripe's servers, not Panzerwrecks'.

If you pay by PayPal Express Checkout, clicking the 'Proceed to PayPal' button at the checkout will take you to PayPal's site where you can complete your transaction.
