You may like me own a well thumbed copy of 'Last of the Panzers' by William Auerbach published in 1984 featuring an assortment of knocked out or abandoned German vehicles. Now Lee Archer and William Auerbach return with essentially the same concept but done bigger and better. This first volume in what will be a series of books is a real treat featuring some really rare beasts along with some more familiar subjects in a feast of previously unseen images. The authors have gone to some trouble to replicate the images as large as possible which given the small size of many of the original images is quite an achievement.
