1.1 There will be no delivery until clear funds have been received (with the exception of business customers where I have agreed credit facilities with you).

UK buyers:
1.2 Payment by credit/debit card, cheque or PayPal.
1.3 Cheques must be drawn on a UK bank in Pounds Sterling.
1.4 Please make your cheque out to Lee Archer, not Panzerwrecks.

European/World buyers:
1.5 Payment by credit/debit card or PayPal. Absolutely no money orders.
1.6 Please do not ask for my bank details - you will not get them.

2.1 The goods you order will be delivered to the name & address you give when you place your order. Please ensure that your address is formatted properly for your country and correctly spelt - I will send it to the exact address given and will not be responsible for any incorrect spelling when you placed your order.
2.2 All books are sent using the Royal Mail second class or standard parcel service (depending on the weight of your order) for UK and air or surface mail for overseas orders. If you require a different service please email me. Your book(s) will be sent well packaged in a good quality cardboard mailer to survive the rough world of the postal system(s). Trade orders are shipped by UKMail, DPD & UPS and, where charged, are charged from calculated weight.
2.3 I reserve the right to increase postage costs as Royal Mail or couriers increase them, without notice.
2.4 Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, with the exception of pre-orders - where I will deliver the goods as soon as they come in to stock. However, I will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery (such as Royal Mail strikes, bad weather or delayed consignments from printers). In this case, I will inform you of any significant delay as soon as possible and will give you the option of cancelling your order at this point.
2.5 You are responsible for any customs charges or taxes that may be payable.
2.6 Your receipt will be emailed to you as will your shipping notification, when your item has shipped. I am not responsible for incorrectly spelt email addresses or returned, undelivered emails.
2.7 Orders which include a mix of pre-order and stock items will ship when all items are available. Please let me know if you would prefer the elements of your order to be shipped seperately. I will do my best to accomodate.

3.1 The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery.
3.2 Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until I have received in full (in cash or cleared funds) all sums due to it in respect of the goods and all other sums which are or which become due to me from you on any account.
3.3 I shall be entitled to recover payment for the goods even though ownership of any of the goods has not passed from me.

4.1 Please report any damages to me.
4.2 Every book ordered via this website is visually checked before it is shipped, if you have a faulty book or it has been damaged in transit please email me.
4.3 I reserve the right to replace your lost or damaged book(s) after a Royal Mail or couriers enquiry.
4.4 If your item is damaged, please contact me within 7 days (24 hours for business customers) and keep the packaging as it will be needed as evidence. I will require photographs of the damage to the books and packaging in order to claim compensation from the carrier. For trade orders, replacement books will ship once photographic evidence of damage has been received by me.
4.5 Royal Mail will not consider a claim for a lost item until 15 days after the expected delivery date for UK 1st class orders, or 25 days after the expected delivery date for international orders. Therefore please allow 15 days before contacting me about a possible loss for UK orders, or 25 days for international orders.
4.6 If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR), please e-mail me within 7 days of receiving your order, and I will refund you within 30 days for the sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. On exercising your right to cancel you will be required to return the goods to me in 'as ne'w condition, in the orignal packaging and at your own expense. Should you fail to return the goods, I reserve the right to deduct any direct costs incurred by me in retrieving the goods as a result of such failure. Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to business customers.
4.7 If you are eligible for a refund, I will refund you back to the payment method you used when you originally paid for your order. Please note: It is your responsibility to notify me of any changes to your card or contact details i.e. you no longer have that account. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process.

5.1 Your data (name, address, email, telephone number) will be stored by me and will be held on the servers of the Romancart shopping cart (for 3 years). If you pay by PayPal, they will also store your information.
5.2 I never see your financial information if you pay by credit/debit card or PayPal. Credit/debit card details are not held on Panzerwrecks or Romancart servers.
5.3 If you choose to telephone or post me your credit/debit card details for manual swipe I will destroy your details after the conclusion of the transaction - I will not keep them on file unless instructed to do so.
5.4 Your personal data (name, address, email, telephone number) will not be shared or sold. I may contact you by email as I release new titles, with special offers, etc. If you do not wish to be contacted or wish me to remove your data from my systems please email me.
5.5 The Panzerwrecks website uses cookies, so does the Romancart shopping cart and PayPal website.
5.6 Your telephone number is required to complete an order on the shopping cart. This will not be used for marketing purposes, only to contact you if there is a problem delivering your order or to make a booking for a courier.

6.1 Pre-orders are, by definition, orders placed before publication of the book. When the book is published, the normal price is charged. When pre-ordering, your payment will be taken at the time of order.
6.2 Pre-order prices are only available to retail orders placed on this website.
6.3 Pre-order discounts are not available on trade orders. Trade prices are based on a discount from the retail price.
6.4 Pre-ordered books are shipped when they come in to stock & are given priority over other orders. If you require a more definite date of delivery, please email me and I will do my best to help, although the books will be bobbing about on an ocean & can be subject to delays.
