1.1 Credit is only offered to approved customers. New customers are asked to pre-pay their order before it ships.
1.2 Payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card, cheque or PayPal.
1.3 Cheques must be drawn on a UK bank in Pounds Sterling.
1.4 Please make your cheque out to Lee Archer, not Panzerwrecks.
2.1 Your order will be delivered to the name & address you give when you place your order. Please ensure that your address is formatted properly
for your country and correctly spelt - I will
send it to the exact address given and will not be responsible for any incorrect spelling when you placed your order. In addition to your address I will need a contact name, telephone number and e-mail address.
2.2 All orders are are shipped by UKMail, DPD & UPS and, where charged, are charged from actual weight.
2.3 I reserve
the right to increase postage costs ascouriers increase them, without notice.
2.4 Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, I will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery (such as Royal Mail strikes, bad weather or delayed consignments from printers). In this case, I will inform you of any significant delay as soon as possible and will give you the option of cancelling your order at this point.
2.5 You are responsible
for any customs charges that may be payable.
3.1 The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery.
3.2 Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until I have received in full (in cleared funds) all sums due to it in respect of the goods and all other sums which are or which become due to me from you on any account.
3.3 I shall be entitled to recover payment for the goods even though ownership of any of the goods has not passed from me.
4.2 If your item is damaged, please contact me within 24 hours and keep the packaging as it will be needed as evidence. I will also require photographs of the damage to the books and packaging in order to claim compensation from the carrier.
4.3 If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR), please e-mail me within 10 days of receiving your order, and I will refund you within 30 days for the sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. On exercising your right to cancel you will be required to return the goods to me in as new condition and in the orignal packaging and at your own expense. Should you fail to return the goods, I reserve the right to deduct any direct costs incurred by me in retrieving the goods as a result of such failure.
4.4 If you are eligible for a refund, I will refund you back to the payment method you used when you originally paid for your order. Please note: It is your responsibility to notify me of any changes to your card or contact details i.e. you no longer have that account. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process.
5.1 Your data will be stored by me. If you pay by PayPal, they will also store your information.
5.2 I never see your financial information if you pay by PayPal.
5.3 If you choose to telephone or post me your credit/debit card details for manual entry I will destroy your details after the conclusion of the transaction - I will not keep them on file unless instructed to do so. If I do I will only keep them as a written record, not on computer.
5.4 Your personal data (name, address, e-mail, telephone number) will not be shared or sold. I may contact you as I release titles, with special offers, etc. If you do not wish to be contacted or wish me to remove your data from my systems please e-mail me.
Prices are a percentage off retail, and are as follows:
Orders up to £338.99 -35% off retail
Orders over £339.00 -41% off retail
Orders over £679.00 -47% off retail
Cartons are double boxed with extra protective packing, this weighs roughly 2kg. I reserve the right to increase (or decrease) shipping costs.
