1. Payment
1.1 There will be no delivery until cleared funds have been received (except for trade customers where credit facilities have been agreed).
1.2 Payment is taken at the time of ordering. This applies to in-stock, pre-order and back-order items.
UK customers:
1.3 Payment by PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or credit/debit card.
International customers:
1.4 Payment by PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Alipay or credit/debit card.
1.5 Where prices are shown in a currency other than British Pounds, they are converted from British Pounds using exchange rates updated daily from Open Exchange Rates plus a markup of 5%.
2. Delivery
2.1 The cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 14:00 London time, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day. Occasionally, packing your order may be delayed due to the publication of new books and the increased workload.
2.2 Next working day shipping refers to the following working day after dispatch and is not a guaranteed service. ‘Next day’ means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. I will not be responsible for delays
2.3 I reserve the right to change the shipping method from that selected by you. Specifically, customers in Northern Ireland, Scotland, and the Channel Islands: If you choose Parcelforce shipping, your order will be shipped via DHL Express or Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 service.
2.4 The goods will be delivered to the name and address you provide when placing your order. Please ensure your address is correctly spelt – it will be sent to the exact address given, and I will not be responsible for any misspellings or omissions made when you placed your order. Please give your address in the Latin alphabet.
2.5 Domestic orders are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 24, Tracked 48, or Parcelforce. Overseas orders are shipped by Airmail or DHL Express.
2.6 I reserve the right to increase shipping costs as carriers raise them, without prior notice.
2.7 Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as quickly as possible after your order has been processed (paid for), except for pre-orders and back-orders, which will be dispatched as soon as all items are in stock. I will not be liable for any loss or damage you suffer due to reasonable or unavoidable delays in delivery.
2.8 Overseas (non-EU) orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place), meaning any tariffs, customs charges, domestic taxes, and related handling fees are payable by you.
2.9 EU customers can now prepay import taxes at checkout for orders under EUR150 using the EU IOSS system. Orders clear customs more quickly, with no additional costs.
2.10 Your receipt will be emailed to you, along with your dispatch note and tracking details. I am not responsible for spelling errors or emails that are not delivered.
2.11 If your book is returned by the postal service or courier due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or any other reason that is not our fault, I will charge you to re-ship your order. The charge will be the shipping cost as calculated by the shopping cart for your order.
2.12 I am happy to deliver your goods to a freight forwarder or an alternative shipping address. If the goods are signed for as received in good condition, I will not be responsible for any damage that occurs thereafter.
3. Risk/Title
3.1 Goods are at your risk from the time of delivery to the address you provided.
3.2 Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until I have received full (cleared) payment of all sums due in respect of the goods and any other sums that are or become payable by you to me on any account.
3.3 I shall be entitled to recover payment for the goods even if ownership of any part of the goods has not yet passed from me.
4. Damages, Returns and Refunds
4.1 If the book you purchased from this website is damaged, please contact me within three days (24 hours for business customers) and retain the packaging as evidence. I require photographs of the damage to both the book and the packaging. For trade orders, replacement books will be shipped once photographic evidence of the damage has been received.
4.2 If you purchased your book from another source and it arrives damaged or defective, please contact them.
4.3 Royal Mail will not process a claim for a lost item until 15 working days after the expected delivery date for UK Tracked 48 orders, 20 working days after the expected delivery date for European orders, and 25 working days after the expected delivery date for ‘rest of the world’ orders. Therefore, please wait 15 working days before contacting me regarding a possible loss for UK orders, 20 working days for European orders, and 25 working days for international orders.
4.4 If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR), please email me within seven days of receiving your order, and I will refund you within 30 days for the amount you paid. When exercising your right to cancel, you must return the goods in ‘as new’ condition, in the original packaging, at your own expense. If you fail to return the goods, I reserve the right to deduct any direct costs incurred in retrieving them as a result of this failure. Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to business customers.
4.5 If you are returning an order for a refund, you will be refunded once I have received the order back.
4.6 If you are eligible for a refund, I will refund it to the payment method used to pay for your order. Please note: It is your responsibility to notify me of any changes to your card or contact details. Refunds can take up to 10 days to process.
4.7 If you return your book for a refund and I am charged a customs fee, I will deduct this fee from your refund.
5. Price, Pre-orders & Back-orders
5.1 Prices stated in advertisements and mailshots are correct at the time of publication or sending, and I reserve the right to amend prices without notice.
5.2 Pre-orders are orders made before the publication of the book. Payment is taken at the time of order.
5.3 Pre-order prices and special offers are only available for orders placed on this website and do not apply to trade customers.
5.4 Publication and availability dates are provided in good faith based on information from suppliers, but are subject to change.

6.2 No financial information is held on Panzerwrecks’ servers, irrespective of the method of payment.
6.3 Stripe is Panzerwrecks’ card processor. You can securely store cards in your account (if you have one). Your card data is held on Stripe’s servers, not Panzerwrecks’.
6.4 If you choose to telephone your card details, I will destroy your details after the conclusion of the transaction.
6.5 When your order is shipped, your name and email address are passed to my review system, Reviews.io. If you wish to be removed from the mailing list or Reviews.io, click the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the email or contact me.
6.6 Inactive accounts on this website are automatically deleted after 6 months. To keep your account active, please log in from time to time. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
6.7 Inactive accounts will be deleted from my Klaviyo (email marketing) account regularly. If, in the last 3 months, you have not opened an email, an email has bounced, or you have not viewed an item on the website, your account will be deleted. This is to maintain a healthy email list and ensure optimal deliverability.
6.8 Although I use Facebook and Instagram, I do not employ the Facebook ‘Pixel’.
