Payment is taken when you click the 'place order' button at the checkout or after you have completed the PayPal Express Checkout, Apple Pay or Google Pay process. If you pay by iDeal, SOFORT or Alipay, you will be redirected to their sites to complete your payment.

Orders are usually shipped the same working day if received and paid for by 14:00 GMT. During busy periods, such as new releases or holidays, it may take a little longer. All orders are carefully packed by people with experience shipping books worldwide and ensuring they arrive in pristine condition. If in doubt, read our reviews

The Panzerwrecks website dynamically calculates the shipping cost for each order based on total weight. My advice is to add the books you want to the cart and enter your location. The site will then give you shipping options.

Most orders arrive on time, but sometimes they are delayed or go missing. If you are concerned as to the whereabouts of your order, please drop me a line using the contact form and include your order number. Please note that Royal Mail will not consider a claim for a lost item until 15 working days after the expected delivery date for UK 2nd class orders, or 20 working days after the expected delivery date for European orders and 25 working days after the expected delivery date for 'rest of world' orders.

More often than not, delays are caused by local customs authorities, over whom we have no control.

If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and get in touch. I'll do my utmost to sort it painlessly. If it is missing an item, get in touch as soon as you can. Details of my returns policy are in section 4 of the TnC's.

I protect your privacy and information by using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) server, which encrypts the information you enter. If you pay using your credit or debit card, your details are encrypted and sent to my card processor, Stripe. Your financial details are not held on Panzerwrecks' servers. You have the option of saving your card details, and these will show in the 'My Account' drop-down menu to speed up subsequent purchases. These saved card details are held on Stripe's servers, not Panzerwrecks'.

If you pay by PayPal Express Checkout, clicking the 'Proceed to PayPal' button at the checkout will take you to PayPal's site where you can complete your transaction.

If you pay by Apple Pay, Google Pay or Alipay, your payment is handled by my processor Stripe, and will show as 'Panzerwrecks via Woocommerce'.
