1.1 There will be no delivery until cleared funds have been received (with the exception of business customers where credit facilities have been agreed).

2.1 The goods will be delivered to the name & address you give when you place your order. Please ensure that your address is correctly spelt – we will send it to the exact address given and will not be responsible for incorrect spelling when you placed your order.
2.2 If your order is returned by Royal Mail or courier, we will charge for redelivery. This must be paid before the order is reshipped.
2.3 Orders are shipped by Royal Mail second class or UKMail’s Next Day service (depending on the weight of your order) for the UK, and Airmail, UPS or DHL for overseas orders. European and International orders over £45.00 in value are sent by a tracked service. We take great pride in getting your books to you in pristine condition, so we use specialist packaging materials. Trade orders are shipped by Interlink, UKMail, DPD or DHL (depending on the ship to location) and, where charged, are charged from a calculated weight.
2.4 We reserve the right to increase postage costs as carriers increase them, without notice.
2.5 Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, with the exception of pre-orders – where they will be delivered as soon as they come into stock. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery (such as Royal Mail strikes, bad weather, missed deliveries or delayed consignments from printers/publishers). In this case, we will inform you of any significant delay as soon as possible and will give you the option of cancelling your order.
2.6 You are responsible for any customs charges or taxes that may be payable.
2.7 Your receipt will be emailed to you, as will your shipping notification. We are not responsible for incorrectly spelt email addresses or returned undelivered emails.
2.8 Orders which include a mix of pre-order or back-order and stock items will ship when all items are available.
3.1 Goods are at your risk from the time of delivery.
3.2 Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until we have received in full (in cleared funds) all sums due to it in respect of the goods and all other sums which are or which become due to us from you on any account.
3.3 We shall be entitled to recover payment for the goods even though ownership of any of the goods has not passed from us.
4. Damages, Returns and Refunds
4.1 If the book you bought from this website is damaged, please contact us within 7 days (24 hours for business customers) and keep the packaging as evidence. We may require photographs of damage to the books and packaging in order to claim compensation from the carrier. For trade orders, replacement books will ship once photographic evidence of damage has been received.
4.2 If you bought your book from another source and it is damaged or defective, please contact them.
4.3 Royal Mail will not consider a claim for a lost item until 15 working days after the expected delivery date for UK 2nd class orders, or 20 working days after the expected delivery date for European orders and 25 working days after the expected delivery date for ‘rest of world’ orders. Therefore please allow 15 working days before contacting us about a possible loss for UK orders, or 20 working days for European orders and 25 working days for international orders.
4.4 If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR), please e-mail us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will refund you within 30 days for the sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. On exercising your right to cancel you will be required to return the goods in ‘as new’ condition, in the original packaging and at your own expense. Should you fail to return the goods, we reserve the right to deduct any direct costs incurred by us in retrieving the goods as a result of such failure. Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to business customers.
4.5 If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund back to the payment method used to pay for your order. Please note: It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your card or contact details. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process after we receive the goods.
5.1 Pre-orders are, by definition, orders placed before publication of the book. When the book is published, the normal price is charged. Payment is taken at the time of order.
5.2 Pre-order prices and special offers are only available to retail orders placed on this website and are not available to trade customers.
5.3 Publication and availability dates are given in good faith based upon information from suppliers but is liable to change.
6.1 Your data (name, address, email, telephone number) are stored on our servers. If you pay by PayPal, they will store your information.
6.3 We never see your financial information if you pay by credit/debit card or PayPal, these details are not held on Panzerwrecks’ servers.
6.4 Panzerwrecks uses Stripe for card and Apple Pay processing, and you can securely store cards with your account. Your card data is held on Stripe‘s servers, not Panzerwrecks’.
6.5 If you choose to telephone or post your credit/debit card details for manual entry, we will destroy your details after the conclusion of the transaction – we will not keep them on file unless instructed to do so.
6.6 When placing an order on this website (even if it fails or is unpaid), your first name and email address will automatically be added to our mailing list. When your order is shipped, your name and email address are passed to our review system, Trustspot. If you wish to be removed from the mailing list or Trustspot, click the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the email or contact us directly.
6.7 Your personal data is never sold to third parties.
