Light Jagdpanzer
Light Jagdpanzer looks at the light tank destroyers of the Wehrmacht, which were among the most powerful anti-tank weapons of World War II.
These vehicles were the last in a chain of development that proved the quality of German gun technology. For example, the 7.5 cm PaK L/70 set standards for anti-tank guns, which remained the model for developments decades after the war’s end. Their firepower, combined with excellent armoured protection, design and high mobility, laid the foundations for the extraordinary successes of German anti-tank defence in World War II.
The book is co-authored with Hilary Doyle and the late Thomas Jentz, both of whom went on to publish the Panzer Tracts series.
