Important Notice – Temporary Pause on Shipments to the USA

Effective immediately, I have paused all shipments to the USA due to changes in American customs regulations.

What’s happening

From 29 August 2025, the United States will remove the long-standing duty exemption for goods valued under US$800. While this new rule has been confirmed, the exact process for charging and collecting customs duties has not yet been defined. As a result, Royal Mail—together with other major postal operators in Europe—has suspended acceptance of parcels to the USA.

Why this affects your orders

Because the operational details are not yet clear, any parcels sent now risk being delayed, returned, or incurring unexpected charges. To avoid this, I have no option but to pause shipments until there is greater certainty on how U.S. customs will handle incoming goods.

Looking ahead

I am monitoring the situation closely and will reinstate shipments as soon as it is clear how the new system will work in practice. As soon as I have certainty, I will reopen ordering for our U.S. customers and update you immediately. I genuinely regret the disruption this causes, and thank you sincerely for your patience and support while I work through a situation entirely outside our control.
